We use data to: provide simulations, personalize plans, manage subscriptions, generate PDF reports, improve the product, provide AI explanations, track referrals, and send important emails.

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Lumen does not store full credit card numbers.

User planning data may be sent to AI systems to generate explanations and recommendations. Do not send sensitive personal information through the AI chat.
